Withdrawals go to the bank account you registered with. The minimum withdrawal is PGK 100.

Step by step
- Make sure you have logged out of the game you were playing.
- Open the Withdraw screen on the platform.
- Check the bank details shown. They come from your registration and are not typed in again at withdrawal.
- Enter the withdrawal amount (PGK 100 or more) and submit.
Rules that catch players out
- Rollover: a normal deposit needs 1x rollover. For example, deposit PGK 50 and you need to wager PGK 50 before that money is withdrawable.
- Bank details: your registered name must match your bank account. Set them correctly at registration.
- One account: multiple accounts or a similar IP address are not allowed, and a violation results in forfeiture.
- Bonuses: each bonus has its own maximum withdraw and wagering rules. See the promotions page.
What maximum withdraw means: you can receive the bonus, but the platform only pays out up to the maximum withdraw shown. Any credit above it is forfeited, so a large headline bonus can still pay a much smaller amount.
